Strategic Integrated Programs Director

About the role

World Vision Mali is seeking a Strategic Integrated Programs Director to lead the design, implementation and oversight of its child‑well‑being programmes across the country. Reporting to the National Director, the role will translate the organisation’s strategic plan into effective, integrated projects that meet donor and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalise the national strategic plan and ensure programmes achieve Child Well‑Being Outcomes.
• Provide overall leadership, oversight and management of all WV Mali programmes and projects.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision policies, donor requirements and community accountability standards.
• Facilitate integration of multiple ministry lines and funding streams to maximise impact.
• Manage large‑scale budgets and financial reporting for projects funded by government donors and UN agencies.
• Engage strategically with donor governments, UN agencies, the Malian government, NGOs, community organisations and the private sector.
• Guide organisational change, advise senior management on programme direction and support professional development of staff.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in programme management within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong understanding of child‑well‑being frameworks and integrated programme design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and donor‑funded projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with governments, UN bodies and NGOs.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian values and servant‑leadership approach.
