Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. The SDR will focus on top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts and initiating contact across phone, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify leads using defined methodologies to assess needs, budget and buying readiness.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development or telesales.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and uninterrupted power backup.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools for email and LinkedIn outreach.
