Project Manager – Cross‑Departmental Initiatives

About the role

The Project Manager leads a cross‑departmental team to deliver medium to high‑complexity projects that impact the entire enterprise. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing risk and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate expectations, schedule timelines, and track milestones using appropriate tools.
• Prepare and analyse status reports, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, negotiate resource allocations, and recruit additional staff or consultants as needed.
• Lead the project from initiation through closure, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and managing dependencies.
• Conduct post‑mortem reviews, capture lessons learned, and produce recommendation reports.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members and contractors, fostering accountability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑department projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project scopes.
