Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Head of Marketing to lead our Mali market. You will own the local marketing strategy, work closely with the General Manager and functional leads, and drive sustainable growth as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Mali marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets and brand ambition.
• Partner with the General Manager, Operations, Sales, Support, and Product teams as the strategic marketing advisor.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure ROI accountability.
• Collaborate with the group marketing team to align local and global growth, product, and brand strategies.
• Lead full‑funnel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media channels.
• Create clear processes and documentation for cross‑functional project delivery.
• Oversee market intelligence activities, including consumer insights, brand health, and channel performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Development, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and executing large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact.
• Experience managing budgets and leading teams.
