Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert to support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions and challenges, outreach activities, and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Organise and manage institutional events related to the AESPP Boost programme.
• Design and run innovation competitions and challenge initiatives.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote the partnership and its objectives.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking between European and African space actors.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• At least one year of experience supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking, including stakeholder mapping.
