Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

Loulo-Gounkoto is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to lead financial management at the site level. You will ensure cost efficiency, compliance with OHADA, IFRS and SOX standards, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries and cost analysis.
• Prepare financial models, rolling forecasts and annual budgets; present performance reviews and board presentations.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with OHADA, IFRS and SOX.
• Analyze cost performance with department heads, manage project forecasting and budget control.
• Maintain internal controls, financial policies and statutory tax obligations; drive SOX compliance.
• Manage, mentor and develop the finance team, establishing succession plans and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Implement and improve financial systems, integrating them with other business functions.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of management experience, including at least three years in senior finance or accounting roles.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reports and strategic recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of OHADA, IFRS and SOX compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
