Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role will focus on market development, innovation, entrepreneurship and investment readiness within African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop studies on space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialization strategies and investment readiness activities.
• Facilitate access to finance for space‑related projects.
• Contribute to policy dialogue, knowledge exchange and partnership building between Africa and the EU.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets, including market studies, innovation tools, incubation, commercialization or finance access.
• Knowledge of African space markets and investment ecosystems is a plus.
