Customer Care Trainee – Bamako

About the role

The Customer Care Trainee will join Epiroc Mali's Parts & Services Division, supporting the Marketing & Sales team in delivering professional customer service. Based in Bamako, the role provides hands‑on exposure to order processing, inquiry handling, and issue resolution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate support to customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Assist with order entry, quotation preparation and documentation management.
• Help resolve issues related to parts, pricing, delivery, returns and warranties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and technical skills.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong interest in customer service with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic IT competencies.
