Tools Sales Support Representative

About the role

Sandvik is looking for a proactive Tools Sales Support Representative to drive product and customer‑service activities across mining and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on new service opportunities, trials, quality audits, carbide recycling, and technical coaching for less experienced personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales teams with troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Train internal and external users and develop training materials.
• Test and validate R&D designs for rock tools used in mining applications.
• Collaborate with product‑line development to improve performance and create new technologies.
• Provide on‑site technical consulting to optimise drilling operations.
• Prepare technical reports, manage field tools and documentation.
• Share product knowledge across the business as a high‑level expert.
• Take ownership of assigned customer contracts, drive implementation and meet KPI targets.
• Support field trials, tool selection, customer audits and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Proactive and self‑motivated attitude.
• Strong technical background in mining tools and drilling operations.
• Ability to train users and create clear documentation.
• Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
