After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Service Engineer provides on‑site and remote technical support for solar inverter projects, ensuring smooth commissioning, reliable operation, and customer satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and delivering technical training to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑installation surveys and commissioning support at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot inverter issues on‑site and provide detailed analysis.
• Offer telephonic technical assistance and maintain accurate project records.
• Present product technical information at conferences and to customers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and relay key findings to the sales team.
• Qualify product technical specifications and follow up on service requests.
• Monitor inverter performance, collect generation data, and conduct post‑commissioning analysis.
• Provide product training on‑site or remotely as required.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• B.E./B‑Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Tele‑communication engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals, and solar power plant operations.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with hands‑on experience with solar string‑inverters and immediate availability.
