After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

The After Sales Service Engineer provides on‑site technical support for solar inverter installations, ensuring smooth commissioning and reliable operation for customers. The role combines field troubleshooting, data analysis, and customer interaction to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑installation and commissioning surveys at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot inverter issues on‑site and provide detailed analysis.
• Offer telephonic technical support via the service line.
• Maintain accurate project records and update information as required.
• Deliver technical presentations at public conferences and conduct product training for customers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with the sales team.
• Monitor inverter performance, collect generation data, and conduct post‑commissioning analysis.
• Follow up on service requests promptly and relay customer feedback for product improvement.
• Travel within the assigned region to support customers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals, and solar power plant operation.
• BE/B‑Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Prior experience with solar string‑inverters is highly preferred.
• Willingness to join immediately or within 15 days.
