Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Infobip is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the CPaaS product team, focusing on the rapidly evolving RCS ecosystem. You will help shape go‑to‑market strategies and position Infobip as a leader in next‑generation customer engagement, with a strong internal emphasis on AI‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own product marketing activities for RCS within the CPaaS portfolio, understanding carriers, partners, and technology providers.
• Build and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pipeline‑building initiatives.
• Translate technical product features, especially AI‑related capabilities, into clear customer value and buying reasons.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Revenue, and broader Infobip marketing teams.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to develop stories, support sales meetings, and gather market insights.
• Represent the product externally through customer interactions, partner collaboration, events, and public speaking.
• Mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven experience in product, solutions, or portfolio marketing, preferably in enterprise IT or software solutions.
• Strong interest in customer experience and engagement technologies, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs deeply and craft compelling messaging.
• Comfortable influencing decisions across senior levels and large stakeholder groups.
• Data‑driven mindset using insights and metrics to inform plans.
• Adaptable, proactive, and positive in changing priorities.
