French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support via voice, chat, and email while ensuring every interaction feels personal and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries from French‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective resolutions.
• Personalise each interaction to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
