Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) – Voice & Chat

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join its remote customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction feels personal and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalize each interaction to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to refine service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
