IT Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

Join a dynamic, fully remote, and globally distributed organization as an IT Operations Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple teams and brands, ensuring seamless access to essential digital tools while driving operational excellence through automation.

Main Missions

• Provide high-quality technical support and manage a high volume of support tickets across various teams.
• Streamline IT processes by implementing automation via scripting and AI-driven solutions to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) and access control within a complex SaaS ecosystem.
• Administer key platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trelica, and Okta.
• Oversee hardware provisioning, MDM enrollment, and ensure strict security compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and coordinate with vendors for license management and renewals.
