Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive employee experience, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This role reports to senior management and works closely with department heads.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with legal counsel on all employment‑related legal matters.
• Roll out, communicate, and reinforce company policies and procedures through regular awareness sessions.
• Negotiate medical insurance schemes to improve quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle in a professional, objective manner.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are properly integrated.
• Supervise monthly salary preparation and conduct annual salary scale reviews, market surveys, and benchmarking.
• Prepare local employment contracts in line with labor regulations and handle authentication where required.
• Recommend new job descriptions and updates to existing ones.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the HR team.
• Coordinate training and development plans with department heads while respecting local constraints.
• Issue warning or motivation letters in collaboration with managers.
• Advise senior management on employee‑related issues.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline; a master’s degree is a plus.
