French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live‑chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented with a genuine desire to help.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
