Technical Project Manager – Visa Consulting & Analytics

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a client‑facing Technical Project Manager to lead technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives for banks, fintechs, processors and other payment ecosystem partners. You will own end‑to‑end project execution while providing solution‑architecture guidance to ensure secure, scalable, and future‑ready payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs and quality.
• Define and execute project governance, ensuring clear decision‑making and accountability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical squads, including internal teams, client teams, architects, developers and implementation specialists.
• Assess client infrastructure, payment platforms, integration layers and operational readiness.
• Guide architecture decisions from a delivery perspective.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology delivery, digital transformation and software architecture.
• Strong background in payment systems and API‑based integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage technical squads and drive project governance.
