Join a global leader in communications technology and shape how 80% of the world connects. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our global internal products within a high-scale cloud environment.

Missions principales

• Lead the discovery, definition, construction, launch, and scaling of strategic internal products.
• Align customer needs with core business objectives to ensure product-market fit.
• Communicate and evangelize the product vision to all stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to build scalable solutions via private cloud, public integrations, and IaaS.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure seamless product launches and continuous delivery.
• Act as an independent expert and mentor for Associate Product Managers.

Profil recherché

• Strong background or professional experience in Engineering.
• Proven track record in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in market research, product testing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Highly autonomous with a proactive mindset, capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

Competences requises

• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban).
• Expertise in product management process optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Technical understanding of Cloud infrastructure and IaaS.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
