Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
