Regional Sales Manager (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position leads sales activities across an assigned region for a human‑resources staffing firm. You will set targets, design territory plans and monitor performance while representing the company with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional sales strategies, including territory planning and target setting.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead, coach and mentor a distributed sales team, conducting pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company at client meetings, online events and industry activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or national sales management, preferably in HR, staffing or professional services.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for remote sales teams.
• Solid understanding of market research, competitive analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within the region as business needs dictate.
