Public Protection Management, Operations, and Change Consultant

About the role

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Public Protection Management, Operations, and Change Consultant to help clients worldwide solve complex challenges in public protection, criminal justice, and rule‑of‑law initiatives. The role is part of the Human Capital practice and focuses on delivering change management, organization design, governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Prosci ADKAR, SERVQUAL, Job Task Analysis, and OCM frameworks to improve client future‑state outcomes.
• Analyze police performance data, develop recruitment, transfer, performance‑management, motivation, and discipline recommendations.
• Lead or support change‑leadership, project‑management, continuous‑improvement, and IT‑effectiveness initiatives for public‑protection agencies.
• Collaborate with client working groups, government representatives, and HR divisions to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Prosci‑certified change professional with experience in public‑protection, law‑enforcement, or criminal‑justice training.
• Background in people development, organizational design, or HR consulting.
• Ability to work on international engagements (CONUS/OCONUS) and communicate in English.
