Motion Graphics Designer (Remote, Full‑Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas and scripts into dynamic visual content. Working remotely, you will partner with our creative, marketing, and video teams to produce animations, explainer videos, and social‑media assets that strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Convert static designs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design, and color grading.
• Create high‑performing visual assets for digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketers, iterating on designs and incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Organise and maintain a clean library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all motion deliverables strictly follow brand guidelines, aesthetic standards, and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable NLE systems).
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, pacing, and typography.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of running heavy design/animation software and rendering large files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and handle feedback constructively.
