TalentX, acting on behalf of Cosnova Eastern Europe, is looking for a dedicated Import & Export Specialist to join a dynamic and growing international environment. You will play a key role in optimizing our global supply chain and ensuring seamless international trade operations.

Missions principales

• Organize and coordinate all import transport modes, including road, maritime, and air freight.
• Monitor shipments closely and maintain proactive communication with logistics partners (freight forwarders, carriers).
• Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary import/export documentation to ensure smooth transit.
• Collaborate with customs agents to ensure full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Optimize transport processes and manage costs to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate internally with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance departments to align logistics flows.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding roles.
• Strong expertise in export operations to non-EU countries.
• Deep understanding of customs procedures and international transport regulations.
• Highly organized professional with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Competences requises

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Mastery of international shipping incoterms and documentation.
