French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering friendly and effective support via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver clear solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
