About the role

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer inquiries, process orders, and resolve general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep support quality consistent.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
