About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support via chat and email. This fully remote position focuses on delivering clear, timely assistance and creating a positive experience for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns in both French and English through chat and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
