Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role involves monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis and reporting of results to support the programme’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to inform economic and impact assessments.
• Monitor programme indicators and compile evidence for regular performance dashboards.
• Prepare impact assessment reports and synthesize findings for stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of surveys and data collection tools.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) or impact assessment.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
