Buyer & Order Management Specialist (Mid-Level)

Main Missions

• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes and ensure optimal procurement activities.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and maintain high service levels.
• Oversee order processing and proactively resolve any supply chain incidents or delays.
• Provide exceptional customer support by acting as a key point of contact for order inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in procurement, order management, or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest, Hungary, and work in a hybrid model.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in German, French, or Finnish (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Order Management and Supplier Coordination.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain software and ERP systems.
• Effective incident management and crisis resolution skills.
• Ability to manage complex logistics workflows and stakeholder relationships.
