About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote support team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).

Required skills
