About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance to customers in French and English through chat and email.
• Answer questions about orders, resolve issues, and address general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
