About the role

Base360.ai is seeking a creative AI Video Creator to shape the visual presence of its AI operating system for B2C brands. You will own the end‑to‑end production of launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and convey the brand’s premium feel.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and deliver emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid social, and website hero sections.
• Leverage AI tools for video, voice, image and music generation (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to accelerate creation.
• Animate and edit motion‑design elements, product demos, kinetic typography and transitions.
• Adapt content for multiple formats, including vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels and traditional ad placements.
• Maintain a consistent, premium brand aesthetic across all video assets.
• Iterate quickly by testing performance data and refining concepts.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Deep familiarity with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Strong visual taste and ability to differentiate premium from low‑budget aesthetics.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving, and capable of turning rough ideas into polished output without extensive guidance.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and sustain engagement.
