Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues while delivering a friendly, solution-focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or better), high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Calm, solution-oriented attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
