VMI & Bonded Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Epiroc Mali Sarl is seeking a proactive and well‑organized VMI & Bonded Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient and compliant operation of its bonded warehouse in Bamako. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring safe handling of goods, and contributing to smooth supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bonded warehouse activities, including receiving shipments, verifying documentation, and storing goods correctly.
• Pick and pack customer and internal orders accurately and on time.
• Control incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain stock accuracy and minimize losses.
• Verify goods against delivery documentation and required specifications.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes, providing accurate inventory reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain warehouse security, housekeeping, and safe working standards while supporting efficient day‑to‑day operations.
