Senior Sales Manager – Bamako

About the role

Capi is a fast‑growing fintech building the financial infrastructure for emerging‑market trade. We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth for our West Africa hub, based in Bamako.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new corporate customers across Mali and the wider region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that increase customer volume and retention.
• Map the local competitive landscape, track pricing, and position Capi’s value proposition.
• Refine sales pitches and create compelling sales collateral.
• Test, iterate, and scale acquisition channels that deliver results.
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product and operations to ensure localized solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a high‑performing environment, preferably fintech or a startup.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting growth targets.
• Highly resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English (work‑level) and French.
• Passion for the mission of improving financial access in emerging markets.
