Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order-related issues through chat, email and phone, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, product or order issues.
• Document interactions accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
