Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues and ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
