Partner Operations Representative

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa and needs a dedicated Partner Operations Representative to keep its payment ecosystem reliable and partner‑friendly. Based in Bamako, you will work closely with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve escalated cases and maintain strong relationships with our bill‑pay partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operationally escalated cases from support teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Interpret user information and communicate relevant details to partners.
• Analyze Sigma Chart data to produce collections, forecasts, and reconciliations, following up on effectiveness.
• Communicate clearly with partners about issues, claims, and outages, and escalate when necessary.
• Draft and ship public announcements under supervision.
• Maintain organized notes and effective communication via Slack and Google Suite.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet partner requirements without direct product manager involvement.

Required profile

• Resourceful, determined, and diligent with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and handle simultaneous duties, including on‑call duties.
• Work authorization for Mali.
