NLP Data Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented NLP Data Annotator to support the development of cutting‑edge Natural Language Processing systems. You will work remotely, labeling and classifying text and speech data to improve AI models such as chatbots, search engines, and language understanding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyze text data following detailed annotation guidelines.
• Perform sentiment labeling, intent classification, entity tagging, and text categorization.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency while following annotation instructions.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and meet productivity targets.
• Provide feedback to refine annotation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with large language model (LLM) training datasets.
• Excellent reading comprehension and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1‑score).
• Experience working with APIs and data pipelines.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation instructions with high consistency.
