About the role
Join betPawa as an L1 Customer Support Agent and become the first point of contact for our users across Africa. You will ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience with our betting platform, handling inquiries through multiple channels and promoting the value of our services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, chat, email and social media, addressing their needs throughout the betting journey.
- Review and resolve complaints, continuously seeking ways to improve the overall experience.
- Conduct outreach calls to educate users on existing and new products.
- Perform satisfaction surveys to gauge brand perception and gather feedback.
- Maintain a flexible and dynamic schedule to match peak activity periods.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of college education.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in French, English, and Bambara.
- Previous experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong interest in helping others and delivering exceptional service.
- Quick learner with solid interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is a plus.
