IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s IT systems. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance across servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and manage servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain system reliability, performance, and security.
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve technical incidents.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and related tools.
• Proven problem‑solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
