GTM Coordinator

About the role

The GTM Coordinator will lead the implementation of Promasidor’s Go‑to‑Market strategy across the country. Acting as the primary technical support contact, you will ensure all users adopt and effectively use the GTM system while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear volume targets and performance goals for users and teams.
• Analyse daily performance data for individuals, teams and clients and produce regular reports.
• Build and manage a network of GTM Champions among STC members.
• Oversee device setup, software upgrades and provide ongoing technical support.
• Deliver field and classroom GTM training at least twice a year and maintain an up‑to‑date user manual.
• Organise GTM competitions and recognition programmes to boost adoption.
• Develop daily performance tracking tools for supervisors and generate insights for route‑to‑market optimisation.
• Monitor incentive performance, distribution channel performance and support the sales team in issue resolution.
• Participate in internal testing of new software features and deliver accurate reports to the Regional GTM Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as an analyst working with computerized information systems.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain principles, market geography and route‑planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
