German Customer Support Representative – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team serving customers across the European Union. You will provide professional, inbound assistance via phone and written channels, focusing on service‑oriented interactions without any sales or outbound duties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone inquiries, delivering a courteous and efficient customer experience.
• Process written requests during service hours to ensure timely case resolution.
• Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling installation appointments.
• Provide first‑level troubleshooting for smoke detectors (no technical background required).
• Answer billing questions, explain invoice items, and guide users through the customer portal.
• Coordinate meter‑reading appointments and address general service‑related requests.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience or strong motivation for telephone‑based inbound support.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and stable electricity for remote work.
• Confident PC usage and digital communication abilities.
• Calm, patient, and service‑oriented personality with clear, structured communication.
• Reliable work approach, quick comprehension, and willingness to handle written inquiries.
