French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
