French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering friendly, solution‑focused support via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

• Reliable home office setup with a PC (i5 or higher), stable 25 Mbps internet, and a quiet workspace.
