French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly find effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
