French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Gather and share customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
