French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify support tools.
