French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
