French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through phone calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
